Diabetic-friendly and delicious. No artificial sweeteners, no fake sugars.
These waffles are absolutely healthy, a powerhouse of nutrition. They have been created with a high-quality plant-based protein powder, eggs and non-dairy milk.
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
Non-dairy milk (I used coconut milk)
1 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
Stir together protein powder and eggs until smooth, add enough milk to make the batter creamy, but not runny.
Heat your waffle iron until hot. It is important to make sure the iron is very hot.
Melt and brush coconut oil on both sides of your waffle iron.
Close iron for a minute.
Pour batter into middle, close waffle iron.
Wait a few minutes. (Depending on the heat of your iron, 2-4 minutes.)
