Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake – Delicious

This shake is designed as a nutritious meal replacement. Various shakes are a staple of my 30 Day to Healthy Living Challenge. I enjoy two delicious shakes every day, add one healthy meal in the evening and lose weight. It is a great program.

The cool thing is that my husband can enjoy these shakes too, even though he is diabetic. He will join my Healthy Living Challenge in December and I can’t wait to see how healthier eating will affect his blood sugar. The ultimate goal is to get him off medication. If you are interested to learn more about the challenge, feel free to send a message.
