Elderberries are a great immunity booster. I take a spoonful of Elderberry Syrup every day, especially during cold and flu season. Those small dark jewels are packed with vital nutrients to ward off and fight, should a virus threaten.

In a Nutshell

Thanks for the lovely post, Chris! We grew up with elderberries, and I have wonderful memories of picking them by the bushel basket for my mom to make both elderberry jelly and wine. They stained like crazy! I still remember the beautiful fragrance of the flowers when they were bloom along the brook in our woods. Nice memories.
