After Workout Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

8oz almond or coconut milk

2 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder

1 frozen banana

1/2 cooked beet

1 Tbsp almond butter

Directions

Add liquid to blender.

Add the rest of ingredients.

Fill with water or nut milk to the max fill line.

Blend until smooth.

    Great recipe! I have found that adding blueberries to post workout shakes also cuts down on recovery time.

      That’s great advice. It doesn’t surprise me that those little gems cut down on recovery after your workouts. They are absolutely one of my favorite things to add to shakes, salads, eat fresh or frozen. My favorite superfood, a great source of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and water for hydration. You can’t go wrong with blueberries. I love ❤️ them. I’m glad you like them too.
